The phone number(s) your business uses promoting itself will directly affect performance.

0800 – this is free to the dialler
0845 – this is a lo-call number, similar in cost to dialling locally within your exchange
0844 – this is a fixed cost per minute, similar in cost to dialling locally during the business day and between 3 and 5pence.
0870 – this is a National Rate number, similar in cost to dialling long-distance within the UK.
0871 – this is a fixed cost per minute, similar in cost to dialling long-distance during the day and between 6 and 10 pence.
The above costs of dialling may be different if calling from a mobile.
We can also offer (if suitable to your business) a Personal Number which will follow you to find you at a combination of numbers or to take a message.
This type of number is pre-fixed 070 which makes it similar to a mobile number.
