SchoolsCall is a simple solution to let Parents know what's happening in their kids School world and to let the School talk to the Parents.

SchoolsCall is a Carbon-Friendly Service for all Schools, Colleges, PlayGroup Schemes and other establishments that need easy communication with the Parents/Guardians of their children - especially the under 11s.

SchoolsCall has been developed not just to make life easier for the School and it's administration staff, but to have an equal benefit for the pupils and their parents/guardians too.

Parents these days are being pulled inside out, managing the kids social/extra-curricular happenings, whilst keeping house, jobs and partners happy !
School's are incredibly busy places and everytime it sends out information via the school-satchel mail bag system, you can guarantee at least 2% don't get delivered. Every day. That makes problems. Schools have web-blogs and many other creative ways of getting messages over, but what SchoolsCall does is offer a simple reverse solution.
Rather than try and reach the parent who has not been reached - let them call you and listen to the School Line.
The service can be dialled from any phone, any where, any time and is cheap to call too.


"I wonder when the holidays start ? I know I'll call the SchoolsCall and find out".
"I'm sure my girl's on a school trip this week. I'll just get my SchoolCall number from my purse and ring that"

SchoolsCall does help the teachers/carers/organisers too.
In that circumstance, by recording one message, the whole school may have been reached.
This Carbon Friendly facility will not only save you time and effort but think of the thousands of pounds spent in copying and printing every year.

How does it work?
Your School is issued a unique 0871 phone number.
We also issue the school with a pack of business cards, designed to show the 0871 number and relevant school information/logos.
The School distributes these cards to the parents as a keep-safe.
Every day or week or as you need, the teacher/secretary will call a special and secure access number to update the SchoolsCall Line with the latest relevant information as needs be.
 

For each and every call made to the SchoolsCall line, the School will earn 4.5pence per minute.
For a school of 200 children, with parents ringing ince a week for 3 minutes, the school will earn £27 a week. Some schools have 4 times that number of calls.
Meanwhile, SchoolsCall is free to set up and use, we earn our money from the phone calls made. That's why we work hard to help you use SchoolsCall in the most efficient manner.

Issue a School Line Information Number to the parents and ask them to call you and listen to what's happening in the school. The parent(s) getting the message will instantly be informed of any urgent or important matter relating to a child in their care.

At the end of listening to the SchoolsCall line, every caller can either press a button and go through to the reception/switchboard or alternatively they can leave you a message, which is instantly delivered back to your nominated email address as a soundfile!
