»Does it really save money?

There are 3 elements to the running of any Hosted PBX solution, the connections, the handsets and the call charges.

These all contribute towards saving you money on traditional telephony.

The Hosted PBX.
Each extension on the PBX is rented on a quarterly basis.
Unlike a traditional PBX, you do not have any capital expenditure.
But the expensive "box on the wall" that you own now, needs not replacement.
We can either empower your existing Phone System to take Voice over IP, or provide new handsets and remove all the old kit.


The Connections.
We change standard landlines into our recommended Broadband Connections each with a Fax facility.
However, please note that Broadband capacity and strenght of signal is essential for good service. It may in some cases be neccessary to adopt an SDSL solution for the voice calls.
The other aspect of connectivity is laying a network within the building. This needs to be Cat5e cabling running from proprietary routers. The costs for this will be kept to a minimum once discussed and agreed with you to ensure the best and most economical way forward.

One line with Broadband can run upto 6 simultaneous calls - cheaper than one call per line.

The Calls.
Landline calls will be charged at our ever so competitive rates - much cheaper than compared with the existing BT business daytime charge for calling a local std number of 4pence per minute + 6pence call set-up!  Call charges are settled monthly in arrears, with an initial deposit paid equal to a typical month’s call spend.

The cost of calls for some customers may be already very competitively priced, however when the added benefit of FREE CALLS between sites, homeworkers, extensions in one's house, to laptops in hotels and alike are added to the mix, the Hosted PBX strikes again !
